Portege is a spin-off of the Social Robotics Lab, Interactive Digital Media Institute (IDMI), National University of Singapore. It is founded by Professor Shuzhi Sam Ge and Mr Bin Wang with the help of Micro-Funding Scheme and NUS Incubation Centre in July 2009.

Its product Portable Interactive Engine (PIE) is High on Technology and employs a fusion of technologies like Human Machine Interaction, Wireless Technology, Sensor Fusion, and other to create an intuitive and virtual environment and provide a human-centric experience to its users.

The successful development of this high tech product is attributed to a strong team of dynamic, fun loving and highly dedicated software and hardware designers and developers. It is supported by a strong production and business development team with diversified backgrounds and professional capabilities.

The team of Portege  is currently looking to partner with industry – mainly game developers, game publishers and channel distributors.
