The indian political startup ecosystem

Indian politics is going through revolutionary ideas.

The torch owner of this battle is “Arvind Kejriwal”, who started the revolutionary startup system in Indian politics.
As a target audience he chose the problems being faced by a common man, his logo (Broom) and their brand ambassador ( A man in dirty sandals, sweater and coughing signs) is also symbolizes “Common man” of India.

As an investment platform he chose “Crowd Funding” platform. The investors became his major buyers in addition to the money they provided. This business model gave him money plus customers to buy their products.

This role model worked out well and AAP became the leader by removing other big brands.

A big brand “BJP”, who couldn’t succeed in the market of AAP (i.e. Delhi) wants to rollout their product on an national level. They think that crowed funding idea may also work for them, so they have invited new crowd investors along with other big investors who are already investing in it.

For this they have opened their own funding platform,

On This platform you can contribute to the success of this big brand. Their you can fund starting from 10 Rs. to as much as you want.

This venture has also tried the crowd source funding earlier. They took tickets for their shows (Rally), which used to be free earlier.

This venture is known for their unique marketing policy “Rath Yatra”, but in this season they haven’t done any.

They have actually borrowed the Gujarat market leader to rule the Indian market. The former CEO, is not being shown any where.

This is considered to be the effect of a new startup (AAP) in Delhi market. AAP cut down it’s marketing budget and used Social Media as their power tool.

Their is also one more big player, who is ruling the Indian market for a long time. They were the market leader in Delhi where AAP has shown a great success and became the market leader.

This well established venture is into a family run business.

Their current brand ambassador is known as the mute actor, The new brand ambassador is from the family itself. The new brand ambassador faced the direct press conversation recently, which gave him a huge negative publicity among the youth.

He is trending over every social media channel e.g., FB, Twitter, You Tube etc.

But this venture has not gone into crowd funding idea like former two.
