About The Founders:

Company founder Kushagra Mittal is a B.Tech and M.Tech from IIT Bombay.
He was pursuing his PGPIM from MDI Gurgoan. After his first year, he was supposed to complete his rest of the studies from ESEP France (last two sems as the course was of international management). But due to some Visa Problem, he was not able to join that year. He was offered to defer a year and continue from then next. He decided not to waste one year and started working as a Freelancer.

The first project Kushagra received was given to him by Alex in a language R, of which Kushagra knew nothing about. It was an urgent project but was surprisingly completed by Kushagra in just 1 day. He learned a new language and submitted his project within 24 hrs. Alex called him from Canada to thank him and gave Kushagra bonus for his very first project of his career! Soon, due to his excellence in Maths & Statistics combined with his programming abilities (like that of Matlab) from his Engineering and Business knowledge acquired at MDI, his fame started to rise within the market. Within few months, his demand was on heights and number of projects was much more than what he can handle alone. So, he decided to start his company and drop his PGPIM totally.

Kushagra was immensely supported by his younger brother Kshitij (doing his B.tech in IT from IIIT-Allahabad) , who have been an integral part in the company formation, recution process and company promotion. He himself designed Company website and logo and promotion of the company online was also his part. This gave Kushagra enough time to concentrate on the more important work of the company.

Recruitment and Team Building:

According to Kshitij they believe in quality, it can also be seen by their recruitment policies.
On March 13, 2012, The company was launched and on 7th April after a very exhaustive recruition procedure (included selecting out of 500 resumes, 80 most relevant ones followed by a questionnaire filling by these 80 candidates which was in turn followed by an aptitude test and interview of 10 selected candidates out of these) the company took its first 3 employees.

Another Initiative:

For knowledge sharing in the society Wikasta started a new website “www.techwikasta.com“.
TechWikasta is an initiative to help solving everyday problem of coders, designers, developers, any computer user, any smart phone user, or any person on planet connected to technology in any sense.

Thought Behind Techwikasta:

On our daily basis, we face problems while doing our work on computer. We obviously google the solutions, then we open a number of links and finally, our problem gets solved. How about opening just one link to a problem and get your complete solution.
